What We Prep
In every live session, we prep 4 strategic recipes:
• A done-for-you breakfast — high-protein, high-fiber, and ready for busy mornings
• A batch-prepped protein — so lunches and dinners feel easy, not overwhelming
• A batch-prepped starch — to fuel your week and support steady energy
• A wildcard recipe — dip, sauce, snack, or dessert to add variety and keep things interesting
Instead of cooking 7 full days of meals, you build the skill of learning flexible meal foundations that you can than recipe remix into multiple different options throughout the week.
Recipes focus on:
• High-protein, >30gm per meal
• High-fiber, >4gm per serve
• Whole-food based ingredients
• Anti-inflammatory
• Balanced macros for energy and blood sugar
• Weight management / weight loss
• Freezer-friendly
• Budget-friendly

• You care about your health, you just don’t have hours to spend cooking
• You want to feel prepared, confident, and in control around food
• You love the idea of meal prep… but struggle to stay consistent alone
• You want support and accountability without pressure or perfection -
• You want someone to tell you exactly what to eat for every meal
• You’re looking for strict diet rules or perfection
• You prefer to stick to the same foods each week and aren’t open to trying new flavors

Please let us know by the Wednesday 5PM ET before your Sunday session (at least 4 days in advance) if you’re unable to attend live so we can plan accordingly.
For self-pay membership clients:
There is no penalty if you can’t attend live. Every class is recorded, and you’ll still receive full access to the class replay, recipes, and grocery list so you can prep on your own schedule. For insurance-based clients:
Insurance requires live attendance for coverage. If you’re unable to attend the live session, the class will no longer qualify for insurance billing and will instead shift to self-pay ($35 per class) for that session. You’ll still receive the class recording and full meal prep plan — nothing is lost, only the payment structure changes.

Nope! The classes are approachable for all skill levels. You’ll get live, step-by-step guidance, time-saving tips, and flexible ingredient swaps (including dietary-friendly options).
You’ll also have support both from me and the online group community — you can ask questions along the way, and you’re always welcome to direct message me. Each class is an opportunity to learn, practice, and build confidence in the kitchen, and there are always a mix of skill levels in the group (so you’re not doing this alone).

Sunday Reboot is about prep, not perfection.
The class is simply YOUR 60 minutes to show up for yourself. You’re welcome to:
Join your first class just to observe and understand the flow
Make just one recipe (breakfast is a great place to start)
Follow along at your own pace
Even a little bit of preparation can dramatically reduce decision fatigue, food stress, help you meet your health goals, and save you money.
You’ll always receive the class replay, so you can revisit recipes later and build up to the full four-recipe system when you feel ready.
Most members naturally gain confidence over time, and grow into doing more as it fits their life.

A traditional meal plan tells you exactly what to eat.
Sunday Reboot teaches you how to build meals.
Each class gives you:
• A flexible base recipe
• Flavor variations to make it your own
• A remix guide with multiple ways to repurpose the core ingredients (bowls, wraps, soups, stir-fries, pastas, sandwiches, and more)Everyone starts with the same foundation — but no two plates look the same.
You’re not following rigid instructions.
You’re learning how to customize meals to your taste, schedule, and dietary needs. It’s fully adaptable for allergies, preferences, and lifestyle — because real life isn’t one-size-fits-all.
This is a system you can use long after the class ends.
-
Sunday Reboot is fully customizable.
Each recipe card includes a “How Much Should I Batch?” guide, so you can adjust portions based on whether you’re cooking for:
• Just yourself
• A couple
• A family
• Or even prepping for multiple weeksYou can scale recipes up or down depending on your needs — whether that’s minimizing food waste, feeding a household, or building a freezer stash to save time later.
The system works for real kitchens and real life.

Sunday Reboot is designed with balanced, evidence-based nutrition in mind.
